How to control the resolutions in the "Context fields" section

I'm able to control the resolutions through workflows, scenes are showing the required resolutions defined by using jira.field.resolution.include in transition properties however same is not enforcing in the "Context fields" section where I can see all the resolutions.

How to control the resolutions in the "Context fields" section, input will be appriciated

It can't enforce the workflow rules in places that are not part of the workflow.  There's no way to do that.
