How to disable issue transition to some collumns?

I want to disable issue transition to some collumns for user. How can i do it?

I need to block / disable issue transition to some collums by user. Triggers don't resolve these problems.

No, triggers do not, but Conditions do.  Please check the Conditions section of that page.
