We have a workflow with some statusses.
When changing status to "Waiting for test on acceptance" we want to require our internal team to add evidence / links / reaction to the work done.
Maybe a checklist especially for that status.
Can anyone point us to a direction how we can achieve this requirement?
Hi @Arian
you can try using a third-party checklist app to achieve this.
I can recommend you our Issue Checklist for Jira. app, which allows you to create checklists inside of the issue view. Please find below what it might look like:
In your case, you can add a checklist on the transition to Waiting for test on acceptance, and use our built-in validator to prevent users from launching other transitions, until the checklist is done.
If you like, you can schedule a demo with us where we could show all of the functionalities, together with your example.
If you agree, you can schedule a meeting here.
Cheers!

Hey, @Arian
You can certainly use a checklist app for this task. You'll be able to add checklists with mandatory items to your tasks using Smart Checklist. This way, an issue can not be transitioned unless the checklist items are completed. You can make them quite descriptive as well. And you can create checklist templates and apply them automatically to your Jira issues.
Alternatively, you can add a validator to your workflow. A "Field Required Validator" can block issues from transitioning unless the fields have certain values.
Hope this helps?
