How to find the newly added value in a custom field

I have a custom field (Node) with multiple value in it. I want to find the difference between before and after a new value is added.

Example:

Before - Node field: AAA, BBB, CCC

After - Node field: AAA, BBB, CCC, EEE

What I want to see is EEE only.

Is this something that's possible? Thanks for the help!

this is what I am looking for:

{{addedfieldChange.values}} - Returns the new value/values added.
