How to get Bugs to show on my Kanban Board?

Only tasks are showing on the Kanban board. I removed the Subfilter on the General settings of the Board Settings and it still is only showing the tasks, not the bugs. I confirmed the filter is not filtering out the bugs...all issue types should be showing, but bugs are not showing. What else can I check?

if your filter brings everything up in the filter screens ....if your bugs are in a different status and that status is not in one of your columns, then those bugs wont show.

The status is 'In Progress' and that status is correctly in the that column in the board settings.

the only other troubleshooting i would add is - double check the filter on your board - and then view it under filters and then make sure bugs show up there.

I did that as well and the bugs do show up in the filter. They still do not show on the board.

Do one other thing - just for grins - board settings, columns, and make sure there are no statuses on the right hand side.

So, I finally got it to start working, but I had to change my filter and split out the bugs into different epics specific to each sprint team. Once I did that, it started working.

Can you check :

- The saved filter and shared filter options of the board setting

- swimlanes

- quick filter

Are the bug completed ? Issue older than 2 week won't appear on the Done column

Bug and task share the same workflow ?

I have checked all of those and everything is ok. The bugs are 'In Progress'.

They all share the same workflow. Bugs are still not showing on the Kanban.
