How to get Reporter's Organization using smart value

I am trying to build an automation whereby when a Reporter on the issue is changed from A to B, the underlying Organization should also change from A's organization to B's. 

Currently when the Reported is changed, Organization remains intact and doesnt get corrected to the new reporter's.

Please use 'Use reporter's email domain' option.
