How to hide apps that are not used by everyone?

Hi everyone,

I have a question on the integration of one of the apps we use - Optimizely for Jira.

only few teams are using it, but it shown in every single screen in our instance and some teams complain it pollutes their view.
Is there a change to manage in which project this app will be visible or not?
I read the Optimizely documentation but didn't find this option - to have it visible only for projects that need it.

Any advise how to "get rid off" Optimizely to be shown in all the projects, is highly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Hi @Gloria Landsberg

I suggest contacting the vendor of that add-on directly, perhaps using their support page in the marketplace, to ask this question.  Maybe they will have a setting/option you have not found yet.

Best regards,

Bill

Thank you Bill,

it's a good suggestion and I have done that, but haven't got any response from the vendor, so this is why I asked here in case someone else had this issue.

Will wait for the vendor's reply - if and when it happens.

UPDATE: here few more people are asking for the same as this causes their screens to clutter. no solution for now.
