How to integrate jira and jenkins

Hi Team,

I need to integrate Jira cloud & jenkins, for that i installed plugin called Jenkins Integration for Jira while configuring i found some of the errors

I have given same password where i am using to login, again its showing same error.

Could any one please help how to resolve this
