How to make a component field to be required based on different filled custom field? (Jira Cloud)

Hey,

I'd like to make a change in my Jira that will cause Component field to be required just if "bug report" field is filled. 

As I read already, unfortunately, it's not possible to make it by using ScriptRunner.. Additionaly, I don't want to make a new WF for that matter as we already using to many workflows.

Is there any option to do it by Jira tools?

there is no OOTB solution to optionally require a field be updated based on another field being edited. you could use automation to update the Component based on the value entered in the other field.
