How to manage checkbox data in Tableau from Jira
Anyone in the community work with Jira data in Tableau or any other BI tool for that matter? I have data that's collected using the checkbox custom field.
If you've worked with this data, how do you get all values to show in a report? I can't expect users to hover over the field to view the other selections.
IF/THEN statements don't pick up that there's more than one string and I can only successfully split the column into two. Thoughts? I'm also reaching out to the Tableau community but thought I'd post something here just in case.
