How to modify the format of the notifications sent by email

Hi Community, 

I am trying to modify the way the emails sent by Jira looks like  but it seems I can only change the people receiving this email. I cannot get to the place where all this info is kept. 

I would like to make make more user friendly the appearence of these notifications. 

If anyone knows how to do it please reach out.

Welcome to the Community! Unfortunately, I believe this is still a restricted action in cloud although there has been suggestions to change this the main Jira ticket is labelled as "Won't Fix", you can see here.

Alternatives could include Apps and automations, for example Apps that could help include:

• Enterprise Mail Handler for Jira
• Raley Email Notifications

As for automation you can find out more about it on these pages but in essence if you create custom notifications as automation rules the "Send Email" action will allow you to customise the email body.

Hello @Administrador ,

I think email template customization in cloud is a bit tricky.

Many tickets which are related to email template customizations are closed with "Won't do" resolution.
