How to move defect to completed state during sprint completion

Hello,

I am new to JIRA. Currently i have a milestone and want to mark completed. All the stories and defects in it are marked as DONE (custom flow). when i trigger completee sprint it always show open issues. How can i make it work?

Answer accepted

Make sure the last column of your board has the done status issues. Also be sure to set the Resolution field when moving to Done.
