How to move subtask to in progress without changing the assignnee?

Hi all, 

I'm having issues moving subtasks to In Progress (from the Open state) when I'm not the assignnee. I can move the subtask to the Closed state from In Progress though

Workflow conditions may restrict the transition from one status to another. This is not visible to Jira Users. Please contact your Jira Administrator.

A workflow transition may be restricted to groups, project roles or the assignee for example.
