How to restrict few users from updating date custom field

Hi,

We migrated our JIRA instance to cloud recently. In server, using script runner, we were able to restrict the edit access for date custom field like only administrators will be able to update the date field.

But in Script runner cloud, i am not getting any option to achieve this.

I tried searching for scripts as well, but didn't find any

Please help me in getting this requirement completed
