How to restrict permission to export data by group

We use JIRA datacenter, In search page, we want to restrict some group to export data. Is that possible ?

hi guan,  this way means hide Export button to every user ?  we  dont want hide export buttons disable this function. just want to restrict some gourp user to export data from jira .
