Our company has just recently started using Jira Software in managing schedules. We have two units (or teams) in the company and we would like to start an "internal order" system between the teams. So if one team would like other team to do something they would create an internal order (ticket) and send it first to other team's leader who would then allocate it forward. How and where can we create such system? Does it cost extra?

I would create a Jira work management project. Then you can create in simple intake form to handle the request. Then you could even create an automation rule that would clone the ticket over into the other project in Jira software, if needed.
