How to set the Descripition Template

I need to use templates for the description, when I raise the request in Tracking Release.

How to set the description template and the template can be used by assigned groups.

Welcome to the community!

To add a new default value in the Description field please follow the following steps:

1. Select System fields > Actions > Contexts and default values > Add context.

2. Choose a name for this context and a helpful description.

3. Select the issue types and projects this context should apply to.

4. Specify the default value using available formatting and styles. You can use visual or text editor.

5. Click Add.
