How to transfer Rules, Issues, Workflows, Screens from one project on one account th another ?

I have a JIRA solution with several projects and specific workflows, rules, screens and issues types on one personnal. Let's call it MeepMeep.atlassian.net.
I want to transfert the projects with their workflow, rules, screens and issues type into a professioanl account. Let's call it WileECoyote.atlassian.net.

I do not want the different issues to be transfered. I do not want to erase the existing projects in WileECoyote.atlassian.net. 

I might have misread the documentation, but when my colleagues tried the export / import, not only it has deleted the existing issues, but the rules have not been imported. 

Can anyone point the URL describing the right procedure or named a plugin ?

Hi @Serge Neuman - I would suggest you look at the Revyz Backup and Restore app in the Atlassian Marketplace.

You can't do it with the built in functions. There is a plug-in, I think the name is Project Manager, that will allow you to do it. I don't know if the cloud instance allows that plug-in
