×I have a requirement to fill the resolution field if the status category is Done for all projects in my organization because some of the issues have empty resolution values.
I can update the Company Managed projects using the workflow post function.
But for Team Managed Projects, I don't see the field "Resolution" at all. So what would be the right way to set the Resolution field?
Hi @Rekhadevi Velur - You can't control the Resolution field directly for Team-managed projects. They will be resolved when you move the issue into a status that is a Done type status. So if the issue is not resolved, it must not be in a Done category status. You can add one of those status types to your workflow/board and then move the card to that status.
