How to update users old email id to new email id in jira cloud.

I want to change my users email id in jira cloud , please let me know how to update users email id.

I have tried user profile section updating new email id but its not working.

Hi @kudukuntla.shekar 

You could ask the users to go to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email to change their email addresses themselves which in turn is synced to your instance.

As for a call that’ll do this I bulk, I’m not aware of any.
