How to use Roadmap with Epics and Stories

Question on Roadmap

In my Project I have created and Epic and it has four stories linked to it.  I have entered target dates, start and due dates.  When I pull the Epic into the Roadmap view I see the planned timeline for the Epic but do not see do not see a timeline for the linked Stories  see attachedROADMAP EXAMPLE.PNG

Are you working with a Jira Premium subscription or a Standard subscription?

For Standard subscriptions, only the features of Basic Roadmaps is available, and that doesn't include showing time bars for child issues.

The timeline view is now available for all Standard Jira subscriptions. In Jira Software Cloud Standard plan, you can use the "Roadmap" feature, which provides a timeline view of your project's progress.
