How to view JIRA user account's history?

Hi,

I'm a JIRA administrator for my on-demand instance and am interested to view when certain users joined (got associated with) certain JIRA groups whether done by that user or by another administrator.

If there's a way to do that (whether through the UI or CLI or other means), I'd appreciate pointers to an existing document or just a set of brief how-to steps.

Thank you.

Hi Paul,

JIRA(on-demand AND standalone) does not store that information, so I believe you will not be able to view that.

Hi Marcus,

Thank you for your reply.

I was hoping that basic auditing trails are recorded by the system.

Thank you again and have a good weekend.

I understand that would be helpful in many cases.

Unfortunately, only the Issues history is stored.
