I can't move my sprints down or up

Hi everyone,

I need your help regarding re-sort sprints. In one Scrum project im not able to move sprints down or up. Please have a look at my screenshot. I want to move sprint 4 right after to sprint 3. Despite I'm JIRA admin and project admin.

In other Scrum project of the same instance I can re-sort sprints. Do you know by chance where the problem it could be?

It's because all your sprints are currently running. You can only reorder the sprints prior to them being started.

Thank you Kian :) Indeed in other project we are able to complete the sprint but in this one, we have to leave them running. But this is our issue and not JIRA's.
