I want to filter JIRA tickets (Issue Keys) for the last comment made is there a way to do that?

Last comment usually provides that last status of action or request, advice etc. on a JIRA ticket. I just want to see that and export/copy it.

Hello @Robert Harrison

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Jira's native filtering functionality is not designed to display the last comment entered.

You could use an Automation Rules to get the list of issues of interest and access the last comment entered for each one. You could email that information to yourself from the Automation rule.

If you want to display within Jira the last comment for a set of issues that will require a third party app. Are you willing to consider a third party app?

Not at this stage considering a 3rd party app.

Without a third party app I believe the only solution is to use an Automation Rule to gather the data and email it to yourself.
