Import multiple values in to Component field

I have an import file that has two columns, each value from these will be a component in the Jira issue

I am concatenating the values in Excel , separated by comma, but upon import I get an error saying that  the component does not exist because it tries to import the whole value i..e Action,Map Update instead of the two values

Hello @Barbara Murray 

Welcome to the community.

When you want to import multiple values into a multi-select field you have to put each value into its own column, and set the header for all the columns for that field to be the same.

 

Issue Type, Summary, Component, Component, Component

Story, This is my summary, Component1, Component2, Component3
