Integration Sharepoint List with JIRA

Hi Everyone,

i have a little question. I wonder on topic. 

I have a list Sharepoint with available users and in my JIRA has custom field in project. 

How to update this field when change fieldn Shapoint list ? 

Sharepoint list: User field Sharepoint: Joe Doe - > update user field in Sharepoint - > Joe Doe 2 - > update field in JIRA: Joe Doe 2 - > End. 

Can i use only API or maybe is app in Marketplace ?
