Integration between Saleforce Flosum and Jira cloud

Hi all,

We require an integration between Salesforce Flosum and Jira cloud that whenever a code branch is updated/Created for an Issue in Jira, Branch information should be updated in the Flosum object based on the issue key.

& 

When  Flosum updates the checks for code promotion for prod deployment should be synced back in Jira.

 Would anyone know the best approach to successfully tackle something like this, without the benefit of a connector?
