Is it possible to add tasks inline with details such as assignee, dates, epic?

I'd like to add task details through inline. Rather than going through opening a whole window for each task and then edit its details.

E.g.

Task name @Alex. 

or

Task name @Alex start:dd/mm/yyyy due:dd/mm/yyyy epic:name

You can use the API or consider an existing addon like Bob Swift's Jira-command-line-interface
