Is it possible to disable worklogs for a given period of time?

Hello, 

I'd like to know if it's possible to prevent users form logging work for a past period of time. For instance, no one should log work nor edit worklogs for the previous week.

I wish to have the option to set monday at noon, for example, as the limit to add or edit worklogs for the previous week.

as Jack mentioned Tempo gives you the ability to lock worklogs for a certain time period (weeks or month).

There is no way to restrict this to my knowledge. You might consider looking at an addon like Tempo if this is an important feature that warrants such.
