Is there a custom field which can be used like description field for text and attachment aswell or atleast an additional custom field for attachment

@MahanthPrudhvi  only those fields are available under the following link (company-managed projects): https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/custom-fields-types-in-company-managed-projects/ No additional field for attachments is listed there.

But maybe the wiki style renderer is an option for you when configuring fields:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/configuring-renderers-861253418.html. Here you can also add images to the text fields
