We had a system that would send out an email at every stage of the request (creation, each status change and closure). I have found a way to send an email through automation and configure it with smart values, but I am wondering if it can be styled. Anyone know this? or is there a workaround?
Hello @Todd Thelin
Thanks for writing to us. With the power of HTML you can style your email as you like. For that probably you will need some hands on HTML (Maybe refer https://www.w3schools.com/ for the usage details).
Just giving you an idea how one can use HTML styling( script in email body in left and output email body in right):
You can use smart values inside these blocks. Hopefully this will give you some idea on how to use HTML power to style your email.
Cheers
