Set all Automation part in Jira but need to change the transition manually whether any possibility to get a approval or reject in mail where it will change the transition in Jira software.

You could use Automation if the email response indicated “approved”. You could search last comment for Contains approved.

I will note that while you could make this work it is only as reliable as your ability to get the approver to reply with very specific words. For example you would want to direct the response to be "approved" or "rejected". This would allow the automation to be reliable. You might consider other email handlers and see if the provide a better option if that is possible.
