Is there any the automation auto setting when project created.

Hi, I really want to set an automation of another project's automation when Jira Software project created, and I set settings using another project's settings: 'Share settings with an existing project'.

I have a lot of projects, so I didn't want to set automation copy-paste each. 

please give me some solution.

Hi @안나연 

If I understood your question correctly, you want to reuse the automations across multiple projects, if so, then you just need to adjust the Scope of the automation & select multiple projects of all projects based on the requirement. You can find the scope of automation in rule details section.

You can also keep on adding newly created projects into the scope every time a new project is created.

What @Vishal is describing is the way I would use as well.

As the "Share settings with an existing project" is only taking the schemes used, not automations and boards.

As these functions are mostly always based on a single project and not globally used.
