Is there anyway to migrate from Zephyr for JIRA 5,6 to using Zephyr for JIRA On-Demand?

I've found a lot of answers that discuss the option to integrate JIRA On-Demand with Zephyr Enterprise. Are there any plugins to integrate Zephyr for JIRA to JIRA On-Demand?

Our instance does not require Zephyr Enterprise and we would like to maintain the functionality in the On-Demand JIRA -

We have now launched Zephyr for JIRA Cloud!  Your JIRA Cloud administrator can download and enable it from the Add-on section of their JIRA admin view.  There is a trial period available as well.

Important to note that Zephyr for JIRA Cloud has been developed using an entirely different architecture as it connects to JIRA Cloud instances via Atlassian Connect.  Therefore, there are feature differences between the Server/Data Center versus Cloud version of Zephyr for JIRA.

Hello Cory,

Thank you for your interest in Zephyr for JIRA. At this time Zephyr for JIRA is not available with JIRA OnDemand. Zephyr for JIRA is only available with on premise versions of JIRA.

We are planning on making Zephyr for JIRA available with JIRA OnDemand with out next product "Connect" but we do not have any dates as to when this will happen yet.
