Issue/Outage with Jira software - 7th Oct (Australia)?

Hi, I am the admin for my project and had created several issue-types for my project. This is a new instance set-up on Data Center and all the issues for this project seems to have vanished. 

There's no issues visible across all projects which were earlier visible. The issues are not visible in both Boards, as-well as backlog or all issues and filters. If I try opening a browser for specific issue created in the past (weblink) - the issue does exist.

If I try creating new issue, it comes up (or gets Issue id generated) as next issue after the previously created one. 

No - it is not a problem of mapping issues on the board. Wondering if there is some outage or anything else what is causing this issue? 

Strange observation - audit log doesn't show issues created but they exist if I check issues by web link for an or every individual issue.
