Issue not reflecting in Backlog

I have crested a issue under a Project, Now the issue is not reflecting under Backlog.

What could be the problem?

So you've now mapped all the status into columns, next question is what data do you have on a "missing" issue.  What is the board filter, does the issue match it, and what type of issue is it?

Total number of issues are 26 Approx, but in the Backlog I can only see 7.

I have also configured the Board.

What status is the issue in?  Is it in one of the unmapped status?
