I have a project managed by the entreprise.
When the ticket status is changed to abandonned, the automatic resolution status is not put as done.
Any idea please ?

What do you mean by "resolution status"?
The resolution or the status? Or the status category? (These are all different things, and resolution and status do not actually have any technical relationship, you have to think of them both independently)
