Hello,
i created a team managed, Kanban project. Now i am facing an issue that any of the created tickets dont appear on the board.
I was looking here for answers and saw that in some cases its the fixed version field but this field i am using and its filled in.
Also i did test it and when i create a ticket directly via the Board then it appears, when i create the issue via the Creat button on the main menu then it doesnt appear there.
Any thoughts?
Thank you
Hi @Orsolya Kalina ,
please, check that status related to that issues has been configured in your board (Project settings -> Board ). Each status, used for each issue type, should be mapped in specific column.
Hope this helps,
Fabio
Hello @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_ ,
thanks, the mapping i already did, actually i tried to delete all the columns and do the mapping once again. Still not working:(

Please, could you attach a screenshot of your board here? Are u sure that you are using a kanban board and not a scrum one?

it seems that your project has a scrum board and not a Kanban one. I see the backlog menu that contain "Backlog". Therefore, you need to create a sprint first, add all issues from backlog to sprint and then starts your sprint. All issues in sprint will appear on your board.

This might be related to the Redux Devtools extension that has been giving problems.
You can see here for more details: https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/incidents/5j5754ghwmsl
But you should disable that extension if you have it. Or you can try with another browser to see if you have the same problems.

Thanks @John Funk ,
i dont have this enabled in my browser. Also i tried it in different browsers and the board is not loaded either.
Other projects are working fine, this is the only which is causing the issue.

I have the same issue. No tickets are loading on any of my project boards. It seems that I got a new Feature release by Jira that is broken:
