Issues in sprint

Hi There,

I have created a sprint in one of the project and moved some issues in the sprint. I noticed that a couple of issues in the sprint are showed with crossed mark which means the issues are completed/closed. but those issues are updated with opened and In progress statuses.

Can i know why those issues are showed with crossed marks in the active sprint even though the tickets are opened or in progress?

Yes. you are correct, those issues are striked because of the resolution. now i checked and changed it and it's working fine now.

Do you mean, that the issues are striked through? This means, that they have a resolution (regardless of their status).

If you don't mean that, please post a small screenshot, so we can help you better. To be honest, I don't know, what you mean by the crossed mark.
