Issues migrating from Jira Server to Jira Cloud

Hi,

We are migrating from Jira Server to Jira cloud using "Migrate to Cloud" app.

The issue is that we an not find our Service Desk project to migrate; the app only shows "Software" projects. How can we migrate our JSD project, issues, customers, attachments and boards from server to cloud?

Hi @Suporte AGTI , 

from the Atlassian documentation on the Jira Cloud migration assistant, it looks like it does not handle Service projects : https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/use-the-jira-cloud-migration-assistant-to-migrate/

This means that you can only mirgrate Jira Core or Jira Software projects using the assistant.

For your Service project, you will need to do a full import from a Server backup : https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/use-jira-site-import-to-migrate-from-server-to-cloud/

Please note that the latest version of the Migration Plugin now supports the migration of the Jira Service Management project.
