Hi,

We have board that uses filter. Currently I'm trying to add new Jira project into this board. I have modified the filter to include this newly created project and filter query shows new issues from new project. But those new project issues are not showing in Backlog/Spring boards. If you take a look at screenshot, annotated in red column status in TO DO (2 Issues) but TO DO is also mapped. 2 Issues showing in unmapped section are from new project.Screen Shot 2022-07-18 at 2.27.33 PM.png

I'm not sure whats happening here, can anyone please help ?

Hi @Manny Singh,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Is one of the projects selected by the filter a team-managed project? That would explain why you have two To Do statuses, and then both of those has to be mapped to your To Do column. Team-managed project are sort of its own island and cannot reuse status names for example that exist in company-managed projects.

Yes one is team managed, that explains. Much thanks.
