I have created an automation using the smart value {{creator.displayName}}.
This should auto-assign the ticket creator whenever an issue is transitioned from "In progress" status to "Ready for review" status.
I am receiving an error with the issue -- but I am not sure how to resolve, or why it is not working. It is saying the "user" does not exist.
I have attached a screenshot of the automation. Any help is appreciated!
Automation for Jira has a built in function for assigning to the issue creator.
Is there a reason you can't use that?
