We want to have differents configurations of time tracking in the same instance. We use Tempo Timesheet (and we have it configurated that way) for project planification and time management.
But in certain projects, we need to be able to use the time tracking fields for agile and scrum follow up (to use also the burnt down charts and others that jira provides by default). That mean that we don't want the worklogs in those projects to be shown in the tempo plugin.
Is there a way to do this? to have like a different time tracking configuration based on the project?

Jira Time Tracking is a global setting and it cannot be based on the project.
For example, if you are using Tempo Timesheets as your Time Tracking Provider, you will see Tempo UI on all your projects. With certain Time Tracking apps, you may be able to log time through different UI, such as Prime Timesheets, but this depends on the design of the apps.
