Items not visible in Backlog

I can see all issues in Issue Navigator for a specific project.

However, 5 issues do not show up in the Backlog.

They are not tagged to a Sprint and there is no filter.

All issues should show up that are not in a Sprint. 

Board setting should have nothing to do with this.

Help!

Hi @Lucy Dilts 

The most obvious reason for this is the board filter - please check this and confirm that there's nothing obvious there to cause it.

You could also compare the query you've used in the Issue Navigator to what the board filter has, they should be pretty similar.

If you get nowhere with that, try to consider what is common with those 5 issues or what is different between those 5 and all the other Backlog issues
