×Hi, everyone! I would appreciate some assistance in understanding how to attach tasks to another team. I'm currently utilizing JIRA Software to manage teams' work, rather than individual projects. In my software development team, once we complete a task (reaching the "DONE" status), we need to hand over some specific tasks to the Backend IOT team for testing. This particular team is responsible for the final approval process, similar to an end user. So, my question is, how should we effectively control this handover process? Is it appropriate to create new tasks in a separate workspace, or is there an easier way to accomplish this within JIRA Software? Thank you!
Is your problem with assigning certain tickets to specific users? Are you?
In this case, it is possible for you to do so thanks to "automation" or "post function workflow".

I am not aware of any apps that allow this type of opping but I assure you that automations can solve your problem.

Hi everyone!
Here's how I resolved this issue: Within the DEV SW team's project, I created a field in the menu for inserting test instructions when the responsible DEV team member determines that it requires validation from the other team. In the project of the other area, I set up automation that triggers when the field in the neighboring project is filled and meets specified criteria. This automation automatically creates a card for the team, initiating a "test request." When both cards are completed, they are connected with evidence and marked as finished.
