Jira Automation - Create subtasks when new story is created

I have a working automation for one of my projects that any time a new STORY issuetype is created it will get 6 unique sub-tasks created. This is working great. The stakeholder now wants to be able to append to those subtasks names the parent (story) summary.
I tried with a smart value, but no luck. Can this even be done?
EX: For subtask 1 right now the name is "Requirements". We want to change it to "Requirements - StorySummary".
