Jira Automation - My Post API is breaking with multiline Description

Hi Team,

I am using Jira Automation to hit the POST API of another 3rd party. Whenever I am sending a single line description in the Jira issue using {{issue.Description}}, it is working fine but when I am writing multi lines in Description then my API is breaking.

Can you please help me with how can I send {{issue.Description}} with my API payload.
