I am setting up notifications via Jira automation for a team with multiple projects. I’ve come across some minor obstacles that I may be over thinking. Is it possible to set up a Jira Automation rule the triggers on a set day and time and notify users of all open issues?
Goal:
If a Jira issue is not marked complete by Xday at 3pm – a notification is sent to the assignee.
Steps:
Manual tests have proven successful, yet the cron expression added to the schedule trigger is not. Additionally, it seems tests with multiple users are producing some interesting results in which all users are not being notified.
Please let me know if you have any questions and thank you in advance for your assistance.
Attached is a screenshot of how my automation rule is set up:
Hi @Emanuel Y ,
Why don't you use the Jira filter subscription functionality for this? You can subscribe other people to it so they get an email with the list of tickets if they have any?

If you can set this up on a per project basis, we support this configuration in Notification Assistant for Jira and we're hoping to add cross project notifications shortly as well.
