Jira Burndown chart is flat

My Sprint 1 was normal, but it became like this in Sprint 2. I would like to ask all the professional experts. Is there a problem that I didn't check?

Hi @彥宏_Luke_ 劉,

My Chinese is a bit rusty, but it seems you are in an ongoing sprint. If you use story points as an estimation statistic in your board, story points only burn down when a story is completed entirely. That means that it reaches the rightmost column on your board. Based on the limited information I see, my guess is that no stories have reached that stage yet and so there is no burndown to display yet.

As soon as a story reaches the final column, all story points on that story will burn down at once. But not any sooner.

If that's not it, have a good look at the estimation statistic you are using in the board. That is an important indicator for how effort is being reduced as you go. You can find that in board settings > estimation.

Hope this helps!

Hi @彥宏_Luke_ 劉

我来帮助翻译^_^,@Walter Buggenhout 已经给出你检查路径

1. 请先检查Board--Settings中的 Estimation部分,是否设置为Estimation Statistic = Story Points,另外关注 Time Tracking = None

2.只有当Issues移动到最右侧的Column时,故事点才会被判定为完成,此时曲线会发生变化

First of all, I am very grateful to the two professional masters who took the time to help me solve the problem.
Because I just built a sample data in my test environment, my SP1 is normal, and SP2 is normal even if it has not ended, because this is one of my users who asked me such a question.

So I came to the conclusion that when the Resolution of the problem is a null value, the Story points will not be consumed, right?

P.S.
Thanks to Ollie Guan for helping me translate, sometimes I really don't understand the meaning with Google Translate.

yes, resolution != null

这个字段在Closed的时候必须被赋予一个值
