Greetings
I am new to Jira Software (Cloud) Premium application. I seems to can not find how to set or access advanced roadmaps. I did reviewed the documentation but it is just not working. What am I missing?
if you indeed have Premium then you will see "Plans" in the top menu bar. If you do not see then you may actually be on Standard.

So I have to create a plan first to access advanced roadmaps?

well this is where I fall off the expert train as I do not have premium and don't use advance roadmaps. With that said....yes it is my understanding that you create a plan which is your roadmap. I defer to the docs on this.

Hi @AlbionPM ,
So I have to create a plan first to access advanced roadmaps?
I guess the confusion here is that an "Advanced Roadmap" is essentially a plan... when you create a plan you will see 4 tabs ("Roadmap", "Teams", "Releases" and "Dependencies Report") and it's the "Roadmap" tab that you do the planning work in.
Advanced Roadmaps also provides a Teams field and the ability to create additional hierarchy levels above Epic - but you don't need to create a plan to access these features.
I hope this helps,
Regards,
Dave
